This is truly an amazing course. I would like to specifically highlight the lesson on space cleansing, the lesson on chakras, and, of course, Lesson 7, during which I felt a strong urge to yawn. I realized that I often made similar hand movements unconsciously even before taking this course—perhaps my body or subconscious retained some kind of historical memory. First of all, I want to express gratitude to Mr. Ehud and his team for making this course possible. I enjoyed very much learning about the Human Aura and the electro-magnetic field that surrounds all things, including and most importantly our beautiful Blue Planet. I love all the meditations but the Grounding one has become my favorite, feeling peaceful and energized after finishing it. I’ve been practicing everyday as suggested on the course. I also enjoyed the process of creating the Ecology and I have incorporated it to my regular cleaning, for instance: spraying water, clapping in the corners, using incense and welcoming some plants indoors. By practicing the Penta Power meditation, Grounding and Shielding plus the Personal Kata, I’ve felt my energy levels going up! I sensed the energy from plants and trees and now I almost effortlesly see the etheric body, a white bright light. With a bit more effort and presence I even got to see some colors! I consider this course to be life changing, helping me regulate my nervous system, programing my Bio Field with the Will have and Won’t have in my life, breathing in energy charging my systems, I know that with consistency I will get to connect more and more with my higher human abilities improving the quality of my life. After a few weeks of practicing the meditations and especially the Grounding meditation something special started happening. When I open my eyes after the meditation, I started seeing the air like it is twinkling or shimmering, like something opened up from a very calm state. Also I can feel my left hand tickling. Like little energy shocks. Thats funny. Oh, and the most energy is actually coming out of my wrists. Funny too! Like Spiderman :D
